If any bill remains <br />t unpaid beyond thirty (30) days, the COUNTY may discontinue <br />its bulk water sale and distribution to UDU without liability. <br />6. Advance Payments <br />Prior to completion of the water system interface under <br />:Paragraph 3 of this Agreement, UDD will deposit with the <br />• r <br />t <br />COUNTY any deposit required by City and the lump sum amount of - <br />E <br />:Fifty Three Hundred and Forty Dollars ($5,340.00) which will <br />be retained by the COUNTY to assure payment of UDU°S water <br />t <br />:bill. in the event COUNTY must use part of its deposit, UDU <br />! <br />agrees to upgrade the deposit to its original amount and keep <br />said amount constant throughout the term of this Agreement. <br />'. <br />The deposit, less any unpaid water bills, will be returned to <br />..UDU upon termination of this Agreement. In the event any <br />1 `: <br />interest shall be required by law to be assessed on the deposit, <br />the parties agree that the interest shall be allowed to accumulate <br />thereby increasing the deposit. <br />•7. Construction Schedule <br />t o <br />If the UDU water system is not completed and placed in <br />operation within eighteen (18) months from the date of this <br />Agreement, the COUNTY may terminate this Agreement without <br />liability to COUNTY. <br />8. Term of Agreement <br />Unless terminated under the provisions of this Agreement or <br />by mut-nal consent, this Agreement shall remain in force and effect <br />for the same period provided in the Agreement between the COUNTY <br />and the City of Fiero Beach, Florida, which Agreement is attached <br />hereto and made a part of this Agreement as Exhibit "B". <br />9.
