No residential site shall be located within five <br />hundred (500) feet of a hospital complex, emergency <br />entrance or exit. <br />(d) Criteria for multiple -family dwellings within a CN, CL or <br />CG district: <br />1. All dwelling units shall be accessory to a <br />permitted use within the applicable zoning <br />district; <br />2. In cases where a single-family unit is being used <br />in conjunction with a business, the total area of <br />the residence may exceed the total area of the <br />business.
