RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 064 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO SCHEDULE AND COMPLETE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS AT WEST WABASSO PARK IF THE PROJECT <br /> RECEIVES FUNDS FROM THE FLORIDA RECREATION <br /> DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida wishes <br /> to construct the following described project for the enjoyment of the citizenry of Indian River <br /> County and the State of Florida: <br /> Project Title: West Wabasso Park Improvements— Phase 2 <br /> Total Estimated Cost: $150,000.00 <br /> Description: This project includes the construction of a new large picnic <br /> pavilion, a new bicycle trail, renovation of an existing <br /> building for restrooms, improvements to existing parking <br /> areas, and the addition of new landscaping. <br /> AND, Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program funds are needed to fund <br /> the project, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners that County <br /> staff shall make application to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for 75% of <br /> the actual cost through their Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program. <br /> AND, be it further resolved that the Board of County Commissioners will schedule and <br /> complete the project, if the project receives program funds. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Gi nn , and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner A&w, , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br /> vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Ruth M. Stanbridge Aye <br /> Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br /> Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aue <br /> Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner Caroline D.
