M. PRESENT WERE WI�LARD <br />W. SIEBERT, JR., CHAIRMAN; WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., VICE—CHAIRMAN; <br />..' ALMA LEE Loy, AND EDWARD J. MASSEY, ALSO PRESENT WERE JACK G. JENNINGS, <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; L. S. "TOMMY" THOMAS, COUNTY COORDINATOR, GEORGE <br />G. COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; JACK <br />HOCKMAN, FINANCE OFFICER, AND VIRGINIA HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK.- THE <br />CHAIRMAN ANNOUNCED THAT COMMISSIONER ED14IN S. SCHMUCKER, WHO HAS BEEN <br />ILL, 14ILL BE PRESENT LATER IN THE MORNING. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />_ COMMISSIONER LOY LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, <br />'!
