HE CONTINUED THAT THEY HAD RECENTLY HAD A REQUEST TO PUT A <br />HOME -TYPE BUSINESS ON A 50r LOT IN A SUBDIVISION, AND WITH A 75` SET- <br />BACK, THE APPLICANT WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BUILD ANYTHING. IN RETROSPECT, <br />THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT FEELS WHEN THIS SETBACK WAS ADOPTED, IT WAS ONLY <br />MEANT TO APPLY TO HIGHWAYS AND ARTERIAL THOROUGHFARES.: <br />IN DISCUSSION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE <br />75` SETBACK UNDER DISCUSSION TODAY APPLIES ONLY IN B-1 ZONES. <br />I <br />19 <br />-19 0f <br />I <br />
