<br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on
<br />June 9, 1976, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. at the Indian
<br />River County Courthouse, Vero Beach,.,
<br />Florida, to consider the adoption of an
<br />Ordinance creating the Indian River
<br />County Comprehensive Planning Or-
<br />dinance of 1976, setting forth the Or-
<br />dinance's intents and purposes; adopting
<br />the Comprehensive Master Plan for the
<br />unincorporated areas of Indian River
<br />County,_ Florida, as a guide; providing for 7
<br />Inclusion of various reports and documents
<br />as a basis for arriving at the Com-
<br />prehensive Land Use Map; providing for a
<br />i. legal effect; providing for a means for
<br />revision and amendment; providing for
<br />Intergovernmental cooperation; providing
<br />density definitions; providing for
<br />severability of any portion declared In-
<br />valid; providing for the repeal of all Or-
<br />dinances In conflict therewith; and
