SM UCKER, of 610 Wall Street, Vero Beach, Florida, who.says: <br />1. This affidavit is given pursuant to Florida Statues Chapter 112.313 <br />which provides standards of conduct for officers and employees of state <br />agencies, counties, cities and other political subdivision, legislators and <br />legislative employees. <br />2. That I am a duly elected County Commissioner of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and that in addition to my duties as County Commissioner, I am a <br />licensed professional engineer in Florida and engage in private practice as <br />a'consulting engineer. <br />3. That I am the President of TOTAL DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida <br />Corporation in good standing which corporation has represented the client, <br />Dr. Henry Fischer, to request the rezoning from Cl to A -Agricultural for <br />• that part of the S47 4 of the NE ,i—, of Section 23, Township 31, Range 38 <br />lying South of Fensmere Road and within 660` of Fellsmere Road. <br />4.
