�- • IVB,. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 037 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, ADDING AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER TO <br />THE LAND ACQUISITION ADVISORY COMMITTEE. <br />WHEREAS, the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee advises and recommends <br />the acquisition of tracts of valuable native land, including historic sites, agricultural land, <br />environmentally sensitive land, or lands which have great recreational worth; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has decided that adding an <br />additional member from the community at -large would be a valuable addition to the <br />Land Acquisition Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 90-104, the Board of County Commissioners created <br />the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 2003-130, the Board of County Commissioners <br />reestablished and restructured the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the will of the Board of County Commissioners to add an <br />additional member to the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. ESTABLISHMENT. <br />The Land Acquisition Advisory Committee is hereby reestablished and restructured <br />only to the extent that one additional member is added to the Committee. <br />2. MEMBERSHIP. <br />The Land Acquisition Advisory Committee shall be composed of nineteen (19) <br />members. Committee members must be residents of Indian River County as <br />follows: <br />a. A representative of the City of Vero Beach City Council; <br />b. A representative of the City of Sebastian City Council; <br />c. A representative of City of Fellsmere City Council; <br />d.
