ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED THAT HE HAD NO OBJECTION TO DOING <br />THIS WORK, BUT WISHED TO POINT OUT TO THE BOARD THAT THIS PROPERTY IS <br />COUNTY PROPERTY WHICH IS UNDER 99 YEAR LEASE TO ST. FRANCIS MANOR, INC., <br />AND THIS WORK IS ACTUALLY PART OF THEIR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT UNDER THE <br />LEASE <br />IN DISUCSSION IT WAS GENERALLY AGREED THAT THE COUNTY COULD DO <br />THIS WORK THIS ONE TIME TO GET IT CLEANED UP, BUT THAT CONTINUED MAINTE— <br />NANCE SHOULD BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ST. FRANCIS MANOR, INC. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DO THE g <br />a <br />WORK AS REQUESTED BY ST.
