ROSEMARY RICHEY APPEARED AND STATED THAT SHE HAS DISCUSSED THIS <br />MATTER WITH OTHER COUNTIES AND THUS ARRIVED AT THE SUGGESTED FEE SCHEDULE <br />SET OUT IN HER MEMO. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE NOTED THAT IT SHOULD READ FOR "DELIVERY AND <br />PICK-UP," AND MRS. RICHEY STATED THAT WAS WHAT SHE HAD INTENDED. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED, AND MRS. RICHEY INFORMED THE BOARD THAT <br />SHE MAINLY WANTED SOMETHING TO USE AS A GUIDELINE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED THEY HAD NO OBJECTION TO THE REC- <br />OMMENDATIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE MEMO OF THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS, DATED <br />JUNE 23, 1976, AND CORRECTED TO READ 'PLUS MILEAGE FOR DELIVERY AND <br />PICK-UP..." <br />° CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ANNOUNCED THAT J. H. All lots within the <br />said block M lie at a height of between 2' and .ri' above the crown of the mads <br />immediately adjacent and the said block•M is situated at or near the crest of the <br />sand ridge known as the Florida Ridge; because of this situation and elevation <br />this drainage easement must appear superfluous to any reasonable man. <br />We request that you release the said public utility and drainage easements <br />on all of the lots of the said block M or, at least, on all the Iota owned by <br />us.
