RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 044 <br /> 3. That the term of the lease will be for five years or until 90 days after <br /> the HUMANE SOCIETY receives a Certificate of Occupancy for its new facility, <br /> whichever is earlier. <br /> 4. That the rental consideration for the lease shall be One Dollar <br /> ($1.00) per year payable Five Dollars ($5.00) in advance. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Macht and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Ti ppi n , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Caroline D.
