RESOLUTION NO. 2004-.048 <br />2. In order to expedite the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the <br />above referenced documents, John King, the Director of Emergency Services, is <br />hereby authorized to execute the following documents on behalf of the Board of <br />County Commissioners: <br />a. Amortization table <br />b. Sales tax exemption form <br />c. Acceptance Certificate <br />d. Equipment Schedule <br />e. Equipment and software listing <br />3. The Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to complete and execute the <br />Certificate of Incumbency. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
