WAS PRESENT AND NEEDS <br />DOCUMENTATION FROM THE COUNTY INDICATING ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENTS. THE ADMINISTRATOR RECOMMENDED THAT WE ACCEPT THE IMPROVE- <br />MENTS AS REQUESTED, <br />AFTER DISCUSSION, ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED <br />BY COMMISSIONER Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO WRITE A LETTER TO LAUREL HOMES, INC., ACCEPTING THE ROADS AND STREETS <br />IN LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, SUBJECT TO A MAINTENANCE BOND IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $5,200.00. <br />THE LETTER FROM LAUREL HOMES, INC., APID MAINTENANCE POND ARE <br />HEREBY MADE APART OF THE MINUTES.
