C. 20250 <br />(hereinafter called the Federal Agency) <br />' <br />and the <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />1. <br />Title of Agreement: Cooperative Agreement to repair 38th Court, <br />Pineview Park Extension Subdivision, Gifford, Florida. <br />2. <br />i <br />Objective: This Cooperative-Agreement documents the understanding <br />between the Board of County Commissioners and the Farmers'Home <br />Administration on the securing of easements of right-of-ways, <br />furnishing of labor, material and application of paving material <br />and. reimbursement of out-of-pocket cost for above services, <br />materials, and related services. Said street upon completion of <br />above work will be accepted by the Board of County Commissioners for <br />maintenance. The Farmers Home Administration agrees to reimburse <br />the Board of County Commissioners for all out-of=pocket cost not <br />to exceed $12,Q00 upon thg,completion and acceptance of street <br />for maintenance. i <br />° 3. <br />Statement of Work: The Cooperative Agreement shall be carried out <br />• <br />by the organizational units or officials of the Federal Agency and <br />' <br />the Board of County Commissioners, Indian River County, in the manner <br />and subject to the conditions provided below: <br />The Board of County Commissioners agrees to provide: <br />a. Secure any and all right-of-way easements. <br />b. Provide grading and application of any and all fill and/or base <br />material to meet county standards. <br />e. Apply a soil cement base and a 1" Type II Asphalt wearing surface <br />of sufficient width to meet county standards. <br />4. <br />Legal Authority: Section 517(J)(3), Title V of the Housing Act of <br />1949. <br />
