Jr 3/20/03RES0(LEGAL)WGC/nhm <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2003- o37 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY, FLORIDA,RTREETRIGHT-017- <br /> APPROVING <br /> EXCHANGE OF 53 <br /> WAY WITH GHA GRAND HARBOR, LTD. <br /> WHEREAS, GHA Grand Harbor, Ltd. has acquired and owns property <br /> on three sides of the eastern extension of 53rd Street right-of-way lying east of <br /> the northern terminus of Indian River Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS, Grand Harbor desires to exchange County right-of-way to <br /> the east of the northern terminus of Indian River Boulevard for additional 53rd" <br /> Street right-of-way lying west of the northern terminus of Indian River Boulevard; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Grand Harbor has agreed to pay additional compensation <br /> in the amount of $35,890.12 to Indian River County as a part of the exchange; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the proposed exchange have <br /> been noticed in the newspaper once a week for two weeks pursuant to Florida <br /> Statute 125.37, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that the "Agreement between Indian River County, Florida and <br /> 1 <br />
