The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improvements to 34th Avenue <br />between 12th Street and 14th Street in Vero Park Subdivision, No. 2 (Unrecorded); heretofore <br />designated as Public Works Project No. 0126 is hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above <br />and all applicable requirements of Chapter 206, et seq. Indian River County Code. <br />3. This Resolution shall be published by the Public Works Department one time <br />in the Vero Beach Press Journal newspaper. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner L o w t h e r <br />who moved its adoption.
