RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 048 <br /> costs, to be placed upon the real property of the owners of the unsafe structures <br /> as listed in the attached Condemnation List, any such liens bearing interest at <br /> the rate of eight and one-half percent (8Y2%) per annum from the date the lien is <br /> recorded in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, until such time as <br /> the lien, including interest, is paid. <br /> The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br /> Macht and seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being <br /> put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman <br /> Ruth M. Stanbridge, Vice Chairman Aye <br /> Fran B. Adams Ave <br /> Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> John W.
