DISCUSSION FOLLOWED IN REGARD TO THE RETENTION OF THE FIRST <br />INCH OF RAINFALL, AND ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS NOTED THAT THIS MATTER WILL <br />REQUIRE QUITE A BIT OF ENGINEERING AND WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ON <br />THE FINAL PLAT. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE QUESTIONED THE DEED RESTRICTION ON LOT 4, <br />AND ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THIS SHOULD BE FILED AT THE TIME THE <br />PLAT IS RECORDED. <br />DISCUSSION CONTINUED IN REGARD TO AN INSTRUMENT MAKING- THE <br />SUBDIVIDER OR HIS HEIRS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE EXISTING <br />WALL LOCATED IN THE PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE ROAD AIA. <br />MR. HOWARD INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAD DOCUMENTS AT HAND <br />IN REGARD TO BOTH THE DEED RESTRICTION AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE WALL. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS REITERATED THAT HE DID NOT FEEL DEED RESTRIC- <br />TIONS SHOULD BE PUT OF RECORD UNTIL THE PLAT IS RECORDED, BUT -HE DID <br />FEEL THE UNSIGNED DOCUMENT SHOULD BE MADE A PART OF THE MINUTES, <br />THE LETTER SIGNED BY MR. HERSLOFF, .JR. AND MR.
