PBS 2-25 N 128.65 ft. of S 385.95 ft. of E 1/2 of E 1/2 of <br />E 20.7 ac. of Tr. 3 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage improvements to 34th Avenue, 35th <br />Avenue and Intersecting Streets in the Grovenor Estates Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public <br />Works Project No. 9918 is hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable <br />requirements of Chapter 206, et seq. Indian River County Code. <br />3. This Resolution shall be published by the Public Works Department one time in <br />the Vero Beach Press Journal newspaper. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />who moved its adoption.
