WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 1976 <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, <br />ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 1976, AT 8:30 O'CLOCK A.M. PRESENT WERE <br />WILLARD W. SIEBERT; .IRs, CHAIRMAN, WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., VICE <br />CHAIRMAN; ALMA LEE Loy; EDWARD J. MASSEY; AND EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER. ALSO <br />PRESENT WERE JACK G. .JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; L. S. "TOMMY" THOMAS; <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR; GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY TO THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; .JACK HOCKMAN, FINANCE OFFICER; AND VIRGINIA <br />HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, AND <br />MONSIGNOR lUGENT OF ST. HELENS CATHOLIC CHURCH GAVE THE INVOCATION. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT INFORMED THE BOARD THAT RESOLUTIONS NEEDED <br />TO BE APPROVED HONORING ALLAN MCCARTNEY AND LEWIS GRAY, AS THESE WERE <br />TO BE PRESENTED TO THEM LATER IN THE MORNING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION N0. 76-64 ACCEPTING <br />THE RESIGNATION OF ALLAN MCCARTNEY FROM THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ZONING <br />COMMISSION AND THANKING HIM FOR HIS SERVICES. <br />SEP 2 21976 <br />Boat 26 364 <br />
