B!.I TOV <br />CLERK CIRCUIT C;:': r -i <br />• <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., Fi , <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT RETAINED OVER AN ABANDONED PORTION OF 88TH <br />COURT (A.K.A. 118TH AVENUE) SOUTH OF 22ND STREET IN PARADISE <br />PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT 2 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement retained <br />over an abandoned portion of 88th Court (a.k.a. 118th Avenue) south of 22nd Street in Paradise <br />Park Subdivision Unit 2, said right-of-way having been abandoned and said easement retained in <br />accordance with Indian River County Resolution 90-160; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no <br />public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, in consideration of a new ten -foot wide replacement easement recorded in <br />Official Record Book 1548, Page 0768 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />ANNE M. (BOYER) STRICKLAND <br />8865 22ND STREET <br />VERO BEACH,'FL 32966 <br />her successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />that portion of a seventy-foot wide drainage and utility easement lying between Lot 1, Block R and <br />Lot 4, Block W, of Paradise Park Unit 2, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 77 of <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, said easement as retained over an abandoned portion <br />of 88th Court (a.k.a. 118th Avenue) right-of-way per Indian River County Resolution 90-160, <br />recorded in Official Record Book 0886, Page 1379, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded <br />by Commissioner <br />Ginn , and adopted on the 4th <br />February 2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
