BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 9, BLOCK A, INDIAN RIVER <br />HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT 6 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot <br />9, Block A, of Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 6; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />BRIAN K. LUPREK and FOGAESE T. LUPREK <br />145 13TH AVE. <br />VERO.BEACH, FL 32962 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement portion: <br />the north two feet of the south twelve -foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 9, <br />Block A, Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 6, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat <br />Book 7, Page 17, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded <br />by Commissioner Neuberger , and adopted on the 18th day of <br />March 2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
