RESOLUTION NO. 2005-_213 <br /> r A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING <br /> A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 22,HIGH HAWK OF VERO BEACH <br /> PHASE I SUBDIVISION <br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a maintenance easement on Lot 22 of <br /> High Hawk of Vero Beach Phase I Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br /> purpose; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br /> River County, Florida that: <br /> Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may have in <br /> the following described easement portion: <br /> the west three feet of the east fifteen foot maintenance easement of Lot 22, High Hawk of Vero <br /> Beach Phase I Subdivision, less and except any portion of the north ten foot drainage and utility <br /> easement on said Lot,according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 36 of the Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br /> State of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br /> HHVB HOME BUILDERS LLC <br /> 7331 OFFICE PARK PL,#400 <br /> VIERA,FL 32940 <br /> its successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger , seconded by <br /> Commissioner: Davi s , and adopted on the 13th day of <br /> December 20053 by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Thomas S.
