WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 1976 <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA MET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, <br />ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 1976, AT 8:30 O'CLOCK A.M. PRESENT WERE <br />WILLARD W. SIEBERT, .JR., CHAIRMAN; WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., VICE <br />CHAIRMAN; ALMA LEE LOY; EDWARD J. MASSEY; AND EDWIN S. S'CHMUCKER. ALSO <br />PRESENT WERE .JACK G. .JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; L.S. "TOMMY" <br />THOMAS, INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR; GEORGE G. COLLINS, JR., ATTORNEY <br />TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; .JACK HOCKMAN, FINANCE OFFICER; <br />AND VIRGINIA HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER. <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, <br />AND REVEREND RAYMOND COPPAGE OF KING`S BAPTIST CHURCH GAVE THE <br />INVOCATION. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS <br />TO THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER ZZ, 1976. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED THAT ON PAGE 4, THIRD LINE FROM THE <br />BOTTOM IT BE CHANGED TO READ "...CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED THAT MRS. <br />FORLANI,...." <br />COMMISSIONER LOY NOTED THAT ON PAGE 40, IN RESOLUTION NO. 76-67 <br />THE DISTRICT NUMBERS AS SET OUT IN PARAGRAPH 3 INADVERTENTLY HAD BEEN <br />REVERSED. IT WAS FURTHER NOTED THAT ROBERT GRICE HAS NOT MOVED INTO <br />DISTRICT 3, BUT HAS BEEN LIVING THERE ANP A CHANGE IN GUIDELINES HAS <br />NECESSITATED THAT APPOINTEES REPRESENT THE DISTRICT WHERE THEY RESIDE, <br />COMMISSIONER LOY STATED THAT ATTORNEY COLLINS HAS PREPARED A RESOLUTION <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-67 IN THESE PARTICULARS. <br />r <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION N0, 76-73 AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />No, 76-67 AS ABOVE. <br />CT 61976 <br />�tja, t 0� <br />I <br />
