MUSICK, SURVEYOR, APPEARED REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL <br />OF EXECUTIVE MANOR SUBDIVISION AND STATED THAT THE CHANGES REQUESTED BY <br />THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE HAVE BEEN MADE; THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG <br />WALKER AVENUE CANAL HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM 30 TO 35 FEET, ETC. <br />ADMINISTRATOR KENNINGS STATED THAT HE WAS SATISFIED WITH THE <br />REVISIONS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO EXECUTIVE MANOR SUBDI- <br />VISION. <br />DANA HOWARD OF CARTER ASSOCIATES, INC., APPEARED REQUESTING <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF CRYSTAL SANDS II SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF BRYANT <br />CARTER. HE NOTED THAT THIS IS LOCATED NEAR THE NEW RECREATION PARK IN <br />GIFFORD AND HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE. <br />° DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ON RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND DRAINAGE DITCHES, AND <br />MR.
