Box 626 <br />Stuart, Florida 33494 <br />Subject: Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council;,Funding <br />Dear Mr. Noble: <br />At its meeting of September 17, 1976, the Council authorized the Executive <br />Director, upon the signatures of the Chairman and the Secretary -Treasurer, <br />to draw up to $2,500 in initial operating expenses prior to the October Council. <br />There was also the suggestion that the member counties make their designated <br />contribution in the amount of at least one -twelfth. It is important that the <br />member counties submit the designated one -twelfth as soon after October 1 as <br />possible. The Executive Director will assume his duties on October 4. He <br />will have certain office expenses, he will be hiring staff, and setting up <br />his temporary office. <br />As Secretary -Treasurer, I have computed the estimated amount based on the <br />suggested figures of the State Division of Planning.
