<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 023
<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
<br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 2-7, BLOCK D, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has interest in utility and drainage easements on Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
<br />and 7, Block D, of Oslo Park Subdivision; and
<br />WHEREAS, retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida that:
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
<br />that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />the common two and one-half (2 1/2) foot side lot line utility and drainage easements of Lots 3-
<br />7, Block D, Oslo Park Subdivision, being the south 2 1/2 feet of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and the north 21/2
<br />feet of Lots 3, 4, 5 & 6, less and except the east five (5) feet of said Lots, TOGETHER WITH the north
<br />rear lot line utility and drainage easement of Lot 2, Block D, less and except the east 2 1/2 feet and the
<br />west 2 1/2 feet of said Lot 2, according to the plat of Oslo Park Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 3,
<br />Page 96, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s
<br />Commissioner 0' Bryan , and adopted on the 13th day of
<br />March
<br />2007, by the following vote:
