V % <br />I <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - <br />—059— <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT ON LOT 1, HIDDEN OAKS SUB <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in an "access easement for drainage <br />easement" on Lot 1, Hidden Oaks Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement,'as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />JOSEPH A. PETRULAK & LISA M. PETRULAK <br />356 24TH AVE <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32962 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title; and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s):- <br />the <br />asement(s): <br />the 40'x 8' "Access Easement for Drainage Easement" of Lot 1, Block A, Hidden Oaks <br />Subdivision, less and except any portion of the south "5' Limited Access Easement" of said Lot, <br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 95 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner .
