HAUSER AND SHANNON E. HAUSER <br />3043 GOLFVIEW DR <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32960 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the south one foot of the north ten foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 22, Block 1, <br />Country Club Pointe Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 60 of the Public <br />Records of -Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Lowther , seconded by <br />Commissioner Neuberger , and adopted on the 18th day of <br />May 2004, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Caroline D.
