i� <br /> RESOLUTION NO.2001 - 078 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING <br /> A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 28,WALKING HORSE HAMMOCK <br /> SUB DIVISION <br /> WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot <br /> 28 of Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br /> purpose; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br /> River County, Florida that: <br /> This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br /> of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor,to <br /> THOMAS G. WALTON <br /> 730 34TH CT SW <br /> VERO BEACH, FL 32968 <br /> his successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br /> Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may <br /> have in the following described easement(s): <br /> the west seven feet of the east twenty-five foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 28, <br /> Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision, LESS AND EXCEPT the north five feet and the south seven <br /> and one-half feet thereof, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 21, of the Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded <br /> by Commissioner Ti ppi n , and adopted on the 4th day of <br /> Septemher 2001, by the following vote: <br /> Commissioner Caroline D.
