1 <br />•This document was prepared by <br />and should he returned to <br />the County A;taruty'g Office, <br />1840 25th St., Vero <br />Florida 32�LUTION NO. 2003 - 152 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 7, BLOCK 153, VERO BEACH <br />HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 7, <br />Block 153, of Vero Beach Highlands Unit 4; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />FRANK J. COMPARATO, JR. <br />& PATRICIA A. COMPARATO <br />1856 14TH AVE SW <br />VERO BEACH FL 32962 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the west two feet of the east twelve foot rear yard drainage and utility easement of Lot 7, Block <br />153, Vero Beach Highlands Unit 4, less and except the north six feet and the south six feet of said <br />easement, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 38 and 38A of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Commissioner Ginn and adopted on the <br />December 2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
