OCT 2o 1976 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76-17 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission .of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citi- <br />zens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned*by Robert Jackson, George Sidney Stinson, Jack <br />L. Stinson, and James D. Stinson, situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, <br />Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from R-2 Multiple.Family District, to C -1A <br />Restricted Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on the 25th day of October, 1976. <br />• <br />
