1 <br />R This •^WEE t+ pao ke 3 i!7 <br />• !1 and O vaia1b <br />R Co'qx.416.7 <br />t <br />J& `<<`` ``s ,, `;!:._+�� .717,7a.sset,RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 1 <br />!Florida <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOTS 7, 8 & 9, MEDICAL SERVICE <br />CENTER SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lots 7, 8 and 9 of <br />Medical Service Center Subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />37TH PLACE MEDICAL CENTER, LLC <br />P 0 BOX 3989 <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32964 <br />its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement portion: <br />the south 35 feet of the north 70 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9, less and except the east 48 feet of said <br />Lot 9, Medical Service Center Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, <br />Pages 18 and 18A, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Commissioner Gi nn and adopted on the 2nd <br />December <br />2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
