Oath, <br />Florida RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 153 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOTS 9, 10 & 11, MEDICAL SERVICE <br />CENTER SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lots 9, 10 and 11 <br />of Medical Service Center Subdivsion; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />820 MEDICAL BUILDING, LLC <br />3880 39TH SQUARE <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32960 <br />its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement portion: <br />the south 35 feet of the north 70 feet of the east 48 feet of Lot 9, together with the south 35 feet <br />of the north 70 feet of Lots 10 & 11, Medical Service Center Subdivision, according to the plat thereof <br />as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 18A of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Commissioner Gi nn and adopted on the 2nd <br />December 2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
