DP) <br />s <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 136 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 4, BLOCK 141, VERO BEACH <br />HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 4 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 4, <br />Block 141, of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 4 and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />MICHAEL A. BENDELL & THERESA M. BENDELL <br />1986 15TH AVENUE SW <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32962 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement portion: <br />the north two feet of the south six foot side yard drainage and utility easement of Lot 4, Block <br />141, Vero Beach Highlands Unit 4, less and except the east 12 feet of said easement, according to the <br />plat recorded in Plat Book 8 Pages 38 and 38D, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by <br />Commissioner Gi nn and adopted on the 21 st day of <br />October 2003, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
