Court house, Vero Beach, <br />Florida. <br />We will treat the entire building for the control of Subterranean <br />termites using a 4 lb. -Aldrin emusifiable solution, bearing E.P.A. <br />registeration ;4887-27, registered by Stephenson Chemical Corp., <br />College Park, Georgia. All treatment will be sub -surface, <br />including the dirt filled basement areas. Application shall be <br />at the approximate rate of 4 gallon per 10 lineal feet on both <br />side of foundation walls. Voids shall be treated, where applicable, <br />at the rate of 2 gallons per 10 lineal feet. <br />The contract shall be subject to the unknown factors involved in <br />the construction of the "North -End Addition", including, the induction <br />of concrete to prevent settlement of the "North wing". Should "long <br />rodding" become impossible, the price shall be reduced accordingly. <br />All work will be done on those days in which the normal operation <br />of the building has ceased (example: Nov. 11, 1976 - Nov. 26, 1976 <br />and thos=e Saturdays required to -complete the job in November 1976). <br />No work will be done between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday thru <br />Friday, of which is a normal work day for the occupants of the <br />Indian River County Court house. <br />As stated previously, all chemical will be applied sub -surface, <br />therefore we anticapate chemical odor to be at a mimimum. <br />The cost for the entire work will be as follows (estimated at 5 <br />days work for completion). <br />Normal Contract Cost $813.00 <br />Nan -Normal Duty J1our Labor Cost <br />(Overtime) 305.00 <br />TOTAL COST $1118.00 <br />m <br />43 <br />ee , <br />��� 27>+.1.90 <br />
