SMITH, CLERK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - ORO <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT ON LOT 4, INTERSTATE COMMERCIAL PARK SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 4, <br />Interstate Commercial Park Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />the south ten (10) foot drainage and utility drainage easement of Lot 4, Interstate Commercial <br />Park Subdivision, less and except any portion of the east fifteen (1 S) foot drainage and utility easement <br />on said Lot 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 29 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of casement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Flonda, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by <br />O' Bryan and adopted on the 24th day of <br />2007, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner <br />July <br />Chairman Gary C.
