<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
<br />AN EASEMENT ON LOT 22, REPEAT OF ST. CHRISTOPHER HARBOR
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a utility easement on Lot 12, Replat of St.
<br />Christopher Harbor Subdivision; and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida that:
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
<br />that it may have in the following described easement:
<br />the south twenty (20) foot utility easement of Lot 12, Replat of St. Christopher Harbor, less and except
<br />any portion of the east and west three (3) foot utility easements on said Lot 12, according to the plat
<br />thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page S of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis ,seconded by
<br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher ,and adopted on the 12th day of
<br />August 2008, by the following vote:
