<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
<br />EASEMENTS ON A PARCEL OF LAND IN INDIAN RIVER FARMS
<br />COMPANY SUBDIVISION
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in utility easements on a parcel of land at the
<br />southwest corner of the intersection of 41 st Street and 43rd Avenue in Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision (Tax Parcel No. 32-39-28-00001-0090-00001.0); and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serve no public purpose;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida that:
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
<br />that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />Utility easements recorded in O.R. Book 772, Pages 2562-2565, Public Records oflndian River
<br />County, more particularly described as.-
<br />the
<br />s:
<br />the south 20 feet of the north 190 feet of the west 200 feet of the east 270 feet of the north 241.22
<br />feet of the north 7 acres of the east 10 acres of Tract 9, Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39
<br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision,
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, said lands now lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida; and
<br />the north 20 feet of the south 60 feet of the west 200 feet of the east 270 feet of the south 200.22
<br />feet of the north 7 acres of the east 10 acres of Tract 9, Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39
<br />East, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision,
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, said lands now lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis
