RESOLUTION NO. 2007 - 129 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN LOTS IN VERO TROPICAL GARDENS SUBDIVISION <br />UNITS 1 AND 2 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on certain lots in <br />Vero Tropical Gardens Subdivision Units 1 & 2; and <br />WHEREAS, retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the common 10 foot rear yard drainage and utility easements of the following described lots of <br />Vero Tropical Gardens Subdivision Unit 1: the west 10 feet of Lots 2, 3, 4 & 5 of Block A; the east 10 <br />feet of Lots 14, 15,16, 17, & 18 of Block A; the west 10 feet of Lots 1, 2, & 3 of Block H,• the east 10 feet <br />of Lots 16, 17, & 18 of Block H; the east 10 feet of Lots 16, 17, & 18 of Block H; and the west 10 feet of <br />Lots 1, 2, & 3 of Block J, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 75 of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County; TOGETHER WITH the east 10 foot side yard drainage and utility easement of Lot <br />C-15, Vero Tropical Gardens Unit 2, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 64 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden <br />Commissioner Fl escher , and adopted on the 18th day of <br />September 2007, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Gary C.
