RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - 086 <br />1671480 <br />THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN RECORDED <br />IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />BK: 1774 PG:2344, Pagel of 6 <br />08/24/2004 at 09:13 AM, <br />JEFFREY K BARTON, CLERK OF <br />COURT <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />PORTIONS OF EASEMENTS ON LOT 25, ST ANDREWS ISLAND - GRAND <br />HARBOR PLAT 15 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lot 25, <br />St. Andrews Island - Grand Harbor Plat 15; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This partial release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />JAMES D. BERCAW & JUNE D. BERCAW <br />5110 ST ANDREWS ISLAND DRIVE <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32967 <br />their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />. Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the south two feet of the north seven and one-half (7.5) foot drainage easement and the north <br />three feet of the south twelve and one-half (12.5) foot utility easement of Lot 25, less and except the west <br />five feet of said Lot, St. Andrews Island Grand Harbor Plat 15, according to the plat thereof recorded <br />in Plat Book 14, Page 16 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by <br />Commissioner Npi ihargpr , and adopted on the 17th day of <br />August 2004, by the following vote: <br />LU <br />Commissioner Caroline D.
