<br />ASSISTANT COUNTY PLANNER, ROBERT BERG, PRESENTED SLIDES OF THE
<br />SUBJECT PROPERTY WHICH IS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KINGSBERRY.ROAD, HE NOTED
<br />THAT IT IS NOT SUBDIVIDED AND THERE ARE GROVES TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF IT.
<br />CSR. BERG NOTED THAT THE ZONING COMMISSION HAS RECOMMENDED DENIAL OF THE
<br />REQUESTED REZONING TO AGRICULTURAL BASED ON OBJECTIONS RAISED BY SOME OF
<br />THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS. MR. BERG STATED THAT THE PLANNING STAFF
<br />FEELS THE AREA AS A WHOLE SHOULD BE ZONED AGRICULTURAL, NOT JUST THE SUB—
<br />JECT AREA AND POINTED OUT THAT THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN SHOWS THIS AREA AS
<br />EITHER AN AGRICULTURAL OR PRIMARY CITRUS USE.
