COLNLTY STATE TRAFFIC <br />SECTION JOS MAD OPERATIONS COUNTY <br />N[DMM NUMER NUMER NUMER NAME KNICIPAISTY <br />Indian River <br />MAINTENMICE ACRi�'kT7gT <br />It <br />PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC SIMV S <br />THIS AGIMNT, made and entered into this clay of <br />19 , by and bebreen the State of Florida Department of Transportation, an <br />agency of the State of .Florida, hereinafter called the ",epartrent," and <br />Indian River County Florida, hereinafter called the "Public Body," <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WSFMMS the construction and maintenance of a Pedestrian Actuated Traffic <br />Signal, or Signals, is necessary for the safe and efficient movement of school <br />children at the location, or locations, as described in Eidiibit "A", attached <br />hereto; and <br />W OMM the Public Body, by resolution attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br />has determined that it is in the public interest for the Public Body to assume <br />:. the responsibility for maintenance and all utility service costs incurred in the <br />operation of said signal installations: <br />NpW, mwm m, rmis nPma3T m- WMESSEmi: That in ccnsideration of the <br />premises and the mutual covenants contained herein to be undertaken by w'►e. <br />respective parties hereto, ti -.e parties and each of ,them mutually agree and <br />covenant as folloas : <br />1.
