4 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 132 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, RESTRUCTURING PARKS AND <br />RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the original resolution establishing the Indian River County Parks <br />and Recreation Committee was adopted in 1981 and amended in 1994; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the will of the Board of County Commissioners to restructure the <br />composition of the Indian River County Parks and Recreation Committee in Tight of <br />recent ordinance changes; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. ESTABLISHMENT. <br />The Indian River County Parks and Recreation Committee is hereby reestablished <br />and restructured. This resolution repeals and replaces Resolutions 94-64 and 81- <br />19. <br />2. MEMBERSHIP. <br />The Parks and Recreation Committee shall be composed of nine voting members, <br />each member residing in Indian River County, with membership as follows: <br />a. A representative from the City of Vero Beach. <br />b. A representative from the City of Sebastian. <br />c. A representative from the City of Fellsmere. <br />d. A representative from the Town of Indian River Shores. <br />e. A representative appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />f. A representative from the Indian River County School Board. <br />g. A representative from the Gifford community. <br />h. A representative from the unincorporated area north of State Road 60. <br />i.
