THIS <br />PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON DALE STREET ABOUT 1/2 MILE SOUTH OF ROSELAND ROAD. <br />HE NOTED THAT THIS HAS-BEEN BEFORE THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE, AND <br />THEY GAVE THEIR APPROVAL WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT NO BUILDING PERMITS <br />MAY BE ISSUED ON LOTS.3 AND 4 UNTIL THE EXISTING STRUCTURES, SEPTIC <br />TANK AND WELLS ARE BROUGHT INTO CONFORMANCE WITH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />REGULATIONS; ALSO, THE SIDE EASEMENT! WILL BE MADE THIRTY FEET. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOAR]) UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO HALLELUIAH <br />ACRES SUBDIVISION ON THE SAME BASIS REQUIRED BY THE SUBDIVISION -REVIEW <br />COMMITTEE AS SET OUT ABOVE. <br />MR. MUSICK NEXT APPEARED ON BEHALF OF MANFRED MEIDEL, REQUESTING <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF MEIDEL SUBDIVISION. <br />ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS NOTED THAT THIS SUBDIVISION IS LOCATED <br />JUST ACROSS THE ROAD FROM HALLELUIAH ACRES AND IS THE SAME TYPE SUB- <br />DIVISION. <br />MR. MUSICK PRESENTED PLATS FOR THE B^.ARD TO REVIEW AND STATED <br />THAT THERE IS AN EXISTING 12" CULVERT WHICH IS IN POOR SHAPE, AND MR. <br />MEIDEL HAS AGREED TO REPLACE THIS AT HIS EXPENSE WITH A LARGER CULVERT, <br />WHICH SHOULD HELP THE DRAINAGE SITUATION.
