<br />QUIT -CLAIM DEED
<br />THIS QUIT -CLAIM DEED, Executed this 19th day of November, 1976, by
<br />THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, First Party, to
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida#
<br />whose postoffice address is Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach
<br />Florida, second party:
<br />WITNESSETH: That the said first party, for and in consideration of
<br />the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by the said
<br />second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />remise, release and quit -claim unto the said second party forever, all the
<br />right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
<br />in and to the the following described 1^t, piece or parcel of land, situate
<br />lying and being in the County of Indian River, State of Florida, to -wit:
<br />Commence at the NW corner of the SW quarter of the SW quarter of-ection 23,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, run east
<br />along the north line of the SW quarter of the SW quarter of Section 23 a dis-
<br />tance of 181.95 feet to the point of beginning of the following tract, thence
<br />run south and perpendicular to the aforesaid north line a distance of 237.0
<br />feet; thence run east and parallel to the north line of the aforesaid
<br />SW quarter a distance of 309.58 feet; thence run northwesterly 245.65
<br />feet to a point lying on the north line of the aforesaid SW quarter of
<br />the SW quarter and 426.90 feet east of the NW corner of the SW quarter of
<br />the SW quarter; thence run west and along the aforesaid north line 244.95
<br />feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The Grantor hereby gives an easement for ingress and egress and for the
<br />purpose of constructing and maintaining necessary water lines and
<br />accessories thereto on or under the following described property as
<br />follows:
<br />Commence at the NTQ corner of the SW quarter of the SW quarter of Section
<br />23, Township 32 South, Range 39 East,.Indian River County, Florida, and
<br />run west along the north line of the southeast quarter of the southeast
<br />quarter of Section 22, Township 32 Sout',, Range 39 East, a distance of
<br />279.50 feet and to the point of beginning of a 20 -foot easement, said
<br />easement lying 20 feet south of the following described line: thence
<br />run east and along the north line of the southeast quarter of the
<br />southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 32 South, Range 39 East a
<br />distance of 279.50 feet and to the NW corner of the SW quarter of the
<br />SW quarter of Section 23, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence
<br />run east along the north line of the Sw quarter of the SW quarter a
<br />distance of 181.95 feet.
<br />In the event the County should cease using the above property for a
<br />water tank of abandons the above-described property, it shall revert
<br />back to the Grantor
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, lien equity and claim what-
<br />soever of the said first party, either in law or equity to the only
<br />proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has signed and sealed these
<br />presents the day and year first above written.
