U 'NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and representations expressed herein, the parties hereby agree: 1. CITY represents to COUNTY: (a) That Exhibit "A", as attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement, represents the various UTILITIES. located within THE CORRIDOR as hereinafter described and the estimated costs for relocating said UTILITIES: said costs are limited to relocation within THE CORRIDOR area. (b) That CITY owns fee simple title to the following des- cribed property referred to as "THE CORRIDOR" and is contemplated -by the parties to be the West Bank access to the 17th Street Bridge: Beginning at a point 617 feet south of the NW corner of Government Lot 4, Section 6, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, and on the west line of said Government. Lot 4; thence East parallel to the north line of said Government Lot 4 to the west shore line of the Indian River, thence South along shore c of the Indian Paver 100 feet; thence west parallel to the north line of Government Lot 4, Section 6, Township 33 South, Range 40 East to the west line of Government Lot 4; thence North 100 feet to the point of beginning; Said land lying and being in City of Vero Beach, EXCEPT the West 10 acres of said Government Lot 4 which is not within the City limits; all in Indian River County, Florida, which property is unencumbered except for the right of the CITY to maintain certain UTILITIES easements as established by a prior legal proceeding. 2. COUNTY represents to CITY that pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, COUNTY will attempt to obtain written authorization from the appropriate State agencies to allocate secondary road fund monies in an amount not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($403,600.00). 3.
