RESOLUTION NO. 2003-128 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, RESTRUCTURING THE INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 91-93, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, created an the Indian River County Emergency Services District <br />Advisory Committee; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 2000-124, the Board of County Commissioners <br />restructured the Indian River County Emergency Services District Advisory Committee; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is the will of the Board of County Commissioners to restructure the <br />composition of the Indian River County Emergency Services District Advisory <br />Committee in light of recent ordinance changes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. ESTABLISHMENT. <br />The Emergency Services District Advisory Committee is hereby reestablished and <br />restructured. This resolution repeals and replaces Resolutions 2000-124 and 91-93. <br />2. MEMBERSHIP. <br />The Indian River County Emergency Services District Advisory Committee shall be <br />composed of nine voting members. Members must be residents of Indian River <br />County and appointed as follows: <br />a. Each Indian River County Commissioner shall appoint one member <br />to the Committee, such appointment being announced at a meeting <br />of the Board of County Commissioners; <br />b. One member appointed by the city council of the City of Fellsmere. <br />c. One member appointed by the town council of the Town of Orchid. <br />d. One member appointed by the city council of the City of Sebastian. <br />e.
