RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 632 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA,RETURNING A PARCEL OF LAND TO <br /> JAMES A.KING and MILDRED KING,his wife,BY <br /> COUNTY DEED. <br /> WHEREAS, James A. King and Mildred King, his wife deeded to Indian River County by Quit- <br /> Claim Deed, dated June 23, 1998 and subsequently recorded in the Public Records of Indian <br /> River County,Florida on July 16, 1998 at Official Record Book 1221,Page 1533, a parcel of land <br /> described by strip conveyance for road right-of-way to be known as 360' Avenue in return for <br /> road paving; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County has not performed the paving work, and James A. King and Mildred <br /> King, his wife, request that the property therefore be re-conveyed to them by County Deed and <br /> recorded into the Public Records of Indian River County,Florida; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby authorizes that the property <br /> described on attached Exhibit"A"be re-conveyed to James A. King and Mildred King, his wife, <br /> and authorizes the chairman to execute the County Deed. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner Ci on , and, upon being put to a <br /> vote,the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Ruth M.
