Q <br />RESOLUTION 2004-021 <br />5. The right-of-way shall revert to Sunniland Home Sites Subdivision lots 9 & 10 lying <br />to the north. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams who moved its <br />adoption.
